1. Scope of Agreement & Research Authorization
By browsing, creating an account, or acquiring software licenses from KernelX Systems, you irrevocably agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute an enforceable digital contract between you ("Licensee" or "Operator") and KernelX ("Provider").
All software modules and hypervisor extensions provided are engineered exclusively for private system telemetry, reverse-engineering defense analysis, and private software security research. Commercial redistribution, binary disassembly, or unauthorized proxying is strictly prohibited.
2. Ring-0 Hypervisor Execution & System Access Consent
Licensee acknowledges that KernelX software executes at the hardware virtualization level (VT-x/AMD-V) and ring-0 kernel driver space to ensure stealth and low-level memory monitoring.
You explicitly consent to the execution of hardware-level hypercalls and driver mapping on your local machine. KernelX guarantees that all memory manipulations are ephemeral, non-persistent across reboot sequences, and leave zero forensic registry footprints on physical storage media.
3. Single-Device HWID Fingerprint & Key Exclusivity
Every cryptographic license key dispatched by KernelX is bound to a single physical machine fingerprint (HWID) upon first activation. License sharing, renting, multi-user spoofing, or credential distribution is strictly prohibited and results in immediate automated revocation.
Legitimate hardware upgrades (motherboard replacement, CPU upgrade, drive format) are supported via our self-service automated HWID unbinding tool in your Order Receipt portal. Unbind requests are audited for geographic and telemetry integrity.
4. Game Patch Handling & Downtime Freezing
Competitive multiplayer game binaries and anticheat drivers (including BattlEye, EasyAntiCheat, Vanguard, and Ricochet) update dynamically. During anticheat patch events, KernelX engineers temporarily flag the affected module into maintenance.
During maintenance periods, all active subscription clocks are automatically frozen. Licensees lose zero paid time during updates, and bonus compensation time is applied upon verified clean deployment.
5. Financial Settlement & Zero-Chargeback Protocol
All payments made via local mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) or global cryptocurrency gateways (Binance Pay, USDT, LTC, BTC) are processed digitally. Prices are transparently displayed in USD and BDT with zero hidden conversion surcharges.
Because license keys are cryptographic digital goods revealed upon transaction settlement, all sales are considered final once the key is decrypted. Filing fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks will result in permanent hardware blacklisting across the global KernelX hypervisor network.
6. Limitation of Liability & Third-Party EULAs
KernelX shall not be held liable for administrative account actions, in-game bans, or suspensions imposed by third-party game publishers or server administrators. Third-party end-user license agreements are subject to their respective copyright holders.
While KernelX maintains continuous undetected ring-0 hypervisor virtualization, Licensee acknowledges inherent risks associated with competitive third-party software environments and assumes full responsibility for operational execution.
7. Authorized Reseller & Wholesale Terms
Only operators explicitly authorized via the Admin Panel and holding verified Reseller permissions may access the Wholesale Portal (/reseller). Resellers must maintain minimum wholesale wallet deposits and adhere to fair pricing guidelines.
Reseller privileges may be revoked immediately if a reseller engages in fraud, chargebacks, unauthorized key leakage, or deceptive advertising on external marketplaces.
