1. Zero-Log Ephemeral Memory Policy

CORE DIRECTIVE

KernelX operates under a strict Zero-Log Architecture: Leave No Trace. The universal loader and ring-0 hypervisor driver operate solely inside volatile RAM (System Memory). Upon session termination or system shutdown, all operational hooks and memory allocations are completely unmapped.

We do not record, store, or transmit your local file system, personal documents, gaming chats, keystrokes, desktop captures, or browser histories. Our code contains zero background telemetry agents or persistent forensic trackers.

2. One-Way Salted Cryptographic HWID Signatures

CRYPTOGRAPHIC PRIVACY

To prevent software piracy and enforce single-operator licensing, KernelX calculates an irreversible, one-way SHA-256 cryptographic digest of your hardware identifiers upon initial injection.

Raw hardware serial numbers (e.g. motherboard serial, hard drive GUIDs, NIC MAC addresses) are never stored in plain text on our servers. Only the irreversible cryptographic hash token is maintained in our database for authorization matching.

3. Anonymized Financial Settlement Records

FINANCIAL INTEGRITY

We do not store bank account passwords, debit/credit card security numbers, or private cryptocurrency seed phrases. All payment validations occur purely via public Transaction IDs (TrxID) provided by the purchaser for bKash, Nagad, or blockchain settlement.

Customer email addresses provided during order dispatch are utilized solely for digital license delivery, critical security notifications, and optional Discord account verification.

4. Encrypted Relay Network & Disappearing Telemetry

NETWORK SECURITY

All communications between your local client loader and our hypervisor dispatch nodes are encrypted using TLS 1.3 with ChaCha20-Poly1305 authenticated ciphers. Network connections are ephemeral and terminate immediately once license verification is complete.

Connection access logs on dispatch relays are rotated every 24 hours and permanently purged from server memory. We maintain zero historical IP mapping logs.

5. Zero Third-Party Data Disclosures

NO DATA BROKERAGE

KernelX will never sell, rent, monetize, or trade operator information, Discord handles, or transaction histories to third-party data brokers, advertising networks, or gaming studios.

Our infrastructure is hosted across private, decentralized bulletproof servers in privacy-respecting jurisdictions, ensuring complete immunity from commercial surveillance requests.

6. Account Erasure & Data Purge Protocols

OPERATOR RIGHTS

Operators reserve the right to request full purge of their account records, past order associations, and cryptographic tokens. To initiate an account purge, open a secure request at /contact or reach out to our Senior Administrators on Discord.

Upon confirmation, all database entries linked to the operator are permanently sanitized and deleted with zero retention backups.
